Dovetailing for 3 boxes (1x12, 1x15, 2x10).
Assembling the 3/4" pine boxes.
Routing the integral handle and rounding the edges.
Building the 1/2" birch ply 2x10 speaker baffle board.
Baffle board edges rounded, front blackened, clear acrylic sprayed.
Baffle covered in cane!
Stained and clear coated 2x10 cab.
Baffle and rear panel cleats added - baffle, speakers handle tray installed.
Rear panels and jack added - wired and ready to be fired up ...
